The future of USRowing
Unreal.
Ava walked herself down to the basement and got on the erg. That erg has been used once since last winter maybe? Rich went down and said, "What are you doing?" Ava responds, "Rowing." DUH. Not only does she help herself to the erg, she is constantly asking to go on runs, and wants her own running gear. THough she did insist on runing in those sparkly red shoes. Whether this is mom and dads influence on her or her own being.....i have no idea, but she has more coordination and rows better on that erg than people in see in the gym! Are all super early walkers like this?!

Ring Visit in Salem
Claras 6 mo check up
The doc says shes doing great! Clara has been able to sit up for about 4 weeks. Shes been eating solid foods for about 6 and BOY does she loves them. The helmet has been on for 6 weeks. We see the doc next week to see if we can get it taken off for good!! I also have to take her in for an adjustment, it seems a bit too tight recently.
One thing that doc said is that we need to wean her off the night time feeding. Which we all know, but she basically said it needs to happen soon or she'll really start relying on it. Basically ferberize her...let her cry it out. Im ready for it. In the past 4 days she has completely slept through the night twice. I wonder if her helmet has something to do with being so uncomfortable....hmm.
She took 3 shots today, 2 immunizations and a flu shot. She cried maybe 2 seconds. unreal. TOUGH AS NAILS! :)
