Clara's videos are not nearly as exciting as Ava's yet. They will be soon. Clara starts school tomorrow. I cannot believe 12 weeks has passed already. It seems like just yesterday we brought her home.

Clara and Doctor Visits
WE have battled 2 runny noses with Clara to date. Tough times when she gags on her post nasal drip and has immediate large follow up spit up. ick. She had her 2 month appointment recently. Shes 12 lbs and ....I forget how big! um...22.25?? hmm... SHe eats like a champ!! So different from her sister. Though she tends to be really gassy and uncomfortable which stinks! The doc said her physical developments are at a 4 months development. She can hold her head up while on her tum,y and forearms, rollover to back, and when pulled to seated she can sit there with assisted hand holding while holding her head fine and looking around. I want to say Ava was very similar but cant recall. She unfortunately has also had crazy heat rashes everywhere. Mom was overdressing her a wee bit I think! oopsies. And we have had a few crazy hot days this past week which I think she must have hard time processing...and her heat rash came back. NOT on her face though...thank god. That was awful.

Ava and I have been doing faces to emotions at home. I figured this was worth capturing. Her scared face is by far the best and she has a few variations. I prefer the one she does with her hand in front of her mouth, which she of course is not doing here!

Easter

We dyed eggs the day before Easter. I went with the vinegar option. Um...not so sure Id do that again with a 2 year old. Grandpa Joe was here to help too! Ava was great, very careful with the eggs and putting them in their cups....until the cups started spilling over and making a mess. One got knocked over, the red one of course.
It was a good project for us non-the-less.

Ava enjoying some chocolate while entertaining Clara. This was of course after the easter egg hunt in the back yard, which I have a few pics and a movie of. She was really funny. She'd find a plastic egg, open it and eat the contents of it and move on to the next egg. I was holding Clara and she was not happy, so I had to leave early. Rich said she eventually got the jist of it and started putting the eggs in her basket. We have no clue how much chocolate and candy she ate, but I think we were both surprised she ate dinner and didn't have any of it come back up!!!!!!
